Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Workload Management Team, leading our Kubernetes ecosystem initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Platform Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering teams, leading a group of engineers responsible for integrating a next-generation hardware accelerator into Kubernetes environments, validating the K8s integration, and supporting DevOps initiatives.
This is a people-focused leadership role, not a hands-on engineering position. However, a strong background in software engineering and cloud-native technologies is essential to effectively guide the team, understand technical challenges, and collaborate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Previous line-management experience is required.
